How do I place an order?
Just browse our collections, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once it’s placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. Please email us at contact@animeechoes.in as soon as possible.
What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@animeechoes.in with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We'll help you resolve it.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across all parts of India. International shipping will be launching soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track it on our site under "Track Order."
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5–9 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders above ₹1499 qualify for free shipping.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return/refund policy?
f you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Can I return items if I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please check item details before buying.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Email contact@animeechoes.in within 3 days of receiving your order with
your order number and a description of the issue.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Final Sale items, personalized products, and digital goods are non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and credited to your original payment method.

Simply visit our “Write for Us” page and submit your original anime-themed piece — whether it’s a review, poem, reflection, or editorial. If selected, we’ll feature your work on our platform and credit you.
What kind of content can I submit to AnimeEchoes?
You can submit anime reviews, personal essays, character breakdowns, fan poetry, recommendation lists, or any original writing inspired by anime and fandom culture.
How do I submit my content?
Visit our “Write With Us” page. You can fill out the submission form or email your content (in .doc/.pdf or directly in the body) to contact@animeechoes.in
Can I include my name or social media?
Yes! You can choose to publish under your real name, pen name, or anonymously. You’re also welcome to include your Instagram, Twitter, or blog link for credit.
Will every submission be published?
Our team reviews each submission to ensure quality, originality, and alignment with our community tone. If accepted, You’ll receive a confirmation within 5–7 working days.
Do I get paid for writing for AnimeEchoes?
Currently, submissions are voluntary and unpaid. However, selected writers receive full credit, exposure to a passionate anime community, and a chance to be featured across our platforms.
Can I submit something I’ve already published elsewhere?
We only accept original, unpublished content to ensure uniqueness and avoid SEO duplication. If you’ve posted it before, please consider submitting a fresh or reworked version.
How long does it take to get published after submission?
Submissions are reviewed within 5–7 working days. If your piece is accepted, we’ll reach out via email with publishing details.
